The safety of our students and families is MSU’s top priority. With the ever changing environment due to COVID-19, MSU is closely monitoring our new student programs including Orientation. Students are encouraged to register for Orientation now to save their place at MSU. In the event that we are no longer able to hold an in-person Orientation this summer, MSU will refund any fees that were paid for the room and board costs associated with the MSU summer Orientation programs. We hope this will provide a sense of security in deciding to register for the session of your choosing. To stay up-to-date on our virtual campus visit programs, and how our office is responding, please visit our COVID-19 resources page.
Important Information Regarding Medical Records
Students will not be allowed to register for classes until all MSU immunization requirements are met and University Health Partners (UHP) Medical Services checks and clears the records. It is critical that students take care of meeting these requirements as far in advance of Orientation/Class Registration as possible.
Required immunizations include two MMRs (measles, mumps, rubella) and completion of MSU's Tuberculosis Screening Form. Forms can be at the Student Health Partners website.
You can submit these forms through the Patient Portal or mail the printed forms as early as possible to:
MSU UHP Medical Services
PO Box 173260,
Bozeman, MT 59717-3260.
Immunizations records can also be faxed to 406-994-2504.
If you have questions regarding immunization and health record requirements, please contact the UHP Medical Services at (406) 994-2311.
